About KSOA Soccer
The Kansas Sports Officials Association provides a path for excellence in officiating for soccer referees through recruitment, training, evaluation, and networking.

Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA)
In order to officiate high school soccer in Kansas, referees must be registered with the Kansas State High School Activities Association (KSHSAA). Click here to learn more and to register as a KSHSAA official. The KSHSAA administrator for soccer is Rod Garman.
KSHSAA Requirements to Officiate High School Soccer
Register with and pay KSHSAA dues
Successful completion of a NFHS Soccer rules test (a score of 90 or higher to be eligible to officiate post season contests)
Attend a KSHSAA rules meeting

National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS)

Call the Game (CTG)
Call the Game (John Dehan) is the Director of Officials, assigning soccer officials for the following high schools:
Crossroads Conference
Eastern Kansas League (EKL)
Meadowlark Conference
Sunflower League
United Kansas Conference (UKC)
The KSOA Soccer Committee Chair and the Coordinator of Soccer Officials for the Frontier League is Gordie Wetmore. He is also the Kansas Youth Soccer Director of Referee Development.
